Praised be Jesus Christ! We joyfully invite you to celebrate with us at the Annual Seminary Dinner. The evening will introduce you to our seminarians and immerse you in our mission. It will be a time to gather with 2,000 faithful Catholics who believe in the priesthood. It will be a night filled with resounding hope for the future.

Please prayerfully consider helping to make the dinner a success. Your sponsorship gift will lead the way in ensuring the Seminary can form 90 seminarians, and it will affirm your dedication to a world in which our faith is proudly central.

Directions and Parking

The dinner is in the fourth-floor ballroom of the Baird Center’s north building, 405 West Kilbourn Avenue in Milwaukee. Find directions and parking opportunities.

The Baird Center offers convenient indoor parking in the Baird Center garage with entrances at 500 West Wells Street or 433 West Kilbourn Avenue. For additional parking options, you can download the Interstate Parking app available at the Apple App or Google Play stores.

Sponsorship Opportunities

More than one of each sponsorship may be accepted. Table benefits are offered until the event is sold out. Sponsorship received by Friday, September 4 will be acknowledged in the program.

Event Sponsor $50,000

Lead the way. Guests will see your sponsorship sign inside the ballroom doors. Includes three tables of 10, a full-page program ad, and podium thank you.

Dinner Sponsor $25,000

Make a statement of support for the Seminary. Guests will see your sponsorship sign inside the ballroom doors. Includes two tables of 10, a full-page program ad, and podium thank you.

Program Sponsor $20,000

Promote the priesthood. Includes two tables of 10, a full-page program ad, and podium thank you.

Reception Sponsor $15,000

Offer a gracious welcome to all. Includes one table of 10, a full-page program ad, and podium thank you.

Floral Sponsor $10,000

Add beauty to the dinner with elegant floral centerpieces. Includes one table of 10, a half-page program ad, and podium thank you.

Slideshow Sponsor $5,000

Shine a spotlight on the seminarians by sponsoring the slideshow presentation. Your own logo will be part of the loop. Includes two dinner tickets.

Table Host $2,000

Bless your family and friends with a table for 10. Includes program mention.

Program Ad $450, $350, $250

Place a full-page, half-page, or quarter-page color ad in the dinner program. We can design your ad for you. It will be seen by two thousand Catholics!

Seminarian Sponsor $200

Cover the cost of a grateful seminarian’s dinner ticket. Includes program mention.
